Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce Company – Upwork

I am looking for someone to create product listings for clothing, accessories and shoes. You will need to complete at least 6 listings per hour. Experience in Vendoo, Google Image Search and Dropbox is preferred.

I am looking for 1 individual that can work 2-4 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Step 1 – Download detailed pictures from Dropbox.
Step 2 – Rotate pictures (as needed)
Step 3 – Search via google image search for stock photos of item, find style name of item, find original price of item.
Step 4 – Make a title: Brand, What the Item is, Color, Size.
Step 5- Upload Pictures
Step 6- Enter item specifics: Brand, Size, Color, Pattern, Material
Step 7 – Paste the title into the listing body.
Step 8 – SAVE DRAFT – YOU WILL NOT SET THE PRICE OR POST THE LISTING

I will set the price and send the listing live.

This position requires: Reading Clothing Brand and Size Tags, typing, attention to detail, and mainly data entry

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
1. SEE PHOTOS OF ONE WOMEN'S SHIRT- PLEASE REPLY with the title you would create – The Brand, The Item “women’s Shirt”, The Size and as many key words as possible using the pictures.
2. Complete a 2-3 sentence paragraph describing the clothing item.

Hourly Range: $7.00-$10.00
