Must have access to TLO or LexusNexus search and ability to differentiate between Registered Agents and the actual individuals who actually own the LLC that is being skip traced.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled skip tracer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for researching real estate property owners and LLCs that own real estate to find their contact information.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various tools and resources to locate property owners and LLCs
Conduct research to find contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses
Verify and update contact information in our database
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Meet established productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications:

Strong research and investigation skills
Experience with skip tracing and real estate research
Familiarity with various online search tools and databases
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with data entry and database management
