Need consultation (chat/call Contact center) – Upwork

We're looking to set up small chat team to consult our potential clients via CHAT ( WEB/WHATSAPP/etc..).

I would be happy if someone could suggest good SAAS from experience. Important to us that in this SAAS we should be able to see how quickly every chat is taken from agent side, how much time agent spends per chat and all this kind of statistics important for company managers.
