B2B Sales Representative – Upwork

Responsibilities & duties:

Make outgoing calls to develop new business relationships and to qualify leads.
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
Research, track, maintain and update leads within our database.
Provide information about the services and products we provide and present their benefits.
Log all calls and correspondence in our CRM and ensure all customer information is correct and up to date.
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects.
Maintain lead generation by establishing interest in services that we offer.
Go the “extra mile” to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads.

Skills/attributes required:

Telemarketing/Telesales experience.
Ability to handle rejections and negotiate with gatekeepers.
Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
Experience with research and maintaining databases.
Proven computer skills including good knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems (we use our own CRM)
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy with an excellent work ethic.
Great initiative to get tasks done and just do it attitude.
Feel comfortable to work both autonomously and within the wider team.
Strong project and time management skills.
