G APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are a rapidly growing Appointment Setting and Consulting Agency. We are currently seeking an Instagram DM Appointment Setter to join our team. As an appointment setter, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients through direct messages on Instagram, establish rapport with them, and set up appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

– LEADS: Find potential clients through IG hashtags / TikTok search / recommended
– OUTREACH: Meet a minimum requirement of 80-120 DMs per day.
– GOAL: Schedule 1-2 meetings/per day with interested clients for our sales team.
– EFFORT: Work at least 8-9 hours per day.
– FOLLOW-UP: Send daily 300 follow-ups on top of reaching out to new prospects (Follow-ups will hardly take 3 hours).

Requirements:

Have 2-3 CLEAN and OPTIMIZED Instagram accounts for outreach – Look like a real person.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with Instagram and social media.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred.

Salary:

– Performance-based only.
– $25 per successful meeting booked.
– 10% commission for each client the sales team closes (Our offer ranges from $3,000 – $5000)

*Our sales team has a 30% close rate – meaning if you generate 10 meetings you will make approximately $1150 ($900 from commissions and $250 from meetings booked)*
