Editor for Travel Blogs (No Research Required) – Upwork

We're looking for an editor for travel and travel-related blog content, which includes reviews, product reviews, guides, packing lists, lifestyle, and more travel-related topics.

The editor we're looking for knows how to balance the use of informal writing with a proper command of the English language to reflect on the same tone and style of excited travelers.

This opportunity is suitable for editors who can work on a long-term commitment with lots of editorial work throughout the next few months.

Ideally, we would like someone who can reliably commit to editing 5-6 blogs per week.

The editor will conduct a fine-level run-through of a ~1000-word blog [travel-related, no advance research required], make edits and revisions based on a defined checklist and formats to look out for. Takes roughly 25 to 35 minutes to complete.

The editor is expected to have working knowledge and great grasp of the English language, specifically in copywriting, copyediting, and blog content writing.
