We are looking for Virtual Assistant to assist with:

– data entry
– dealing with highly sensitive reports and preparing reports
– managing team members
– reaching out to clients
– assisting with customer requests
– using We Chat, Whats App, Skype for communication

Job brief :

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling jobs, processing and sending work orders and data entry. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

   1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all
times.
   2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
   3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
   4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
   5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
   6. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
   7. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
   8. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
   9. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
   10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

    1. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
    2. Comfortable using computers.
    3. Experience working with customer support.

Other Requirements :

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies and tech savoriness
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
