We are looking for experienced appointment setters for lead generation who are able to reach out the clients systematically and be able to set up regular appointments for respective sales executives and business development managers.
Appointment Setters are expected to do lead generation that includes responsibilities such as; being able to talk to the clients and prospects with the intention of booking appointments and making clients aware of the product for service offer that is being pitched to them. These appointment setters will only be focusing to function on generating leads and booking appointments on a daily basis.
Candidate must be diligent in his/her work making sure that the client has a positive impact of the company and must have a pleasant conversation. The tasks are governed by KPIs and paid as per the measure of time. Hence, the candidate is expected to learn fast and deliver at a faster pace to be able to do deliver quality outcome and finish the task/target in a certain period of time.   
Candidate will be:

You just have to make 300 appoinments in 3 weeks.
1. Trained to be knowledgeable about one to two products
2. Working on handling an assigned client and prospect list
3. Making a number of calls per hour for which they expected to be able a to set up a number of appointments
4. Responsible for one to two products and to have sufficient knowledge about them to persuade clients and prospects to accept a meeting invite
5. They will be completing the task in time and to generate meeting invite with authentic personnel
Requirements and skills
Candidates are expected to possess:
1. Proven 5-10 years’ work experience in lead generation
2. Strong understanding of the lead generation in order to get successful outcomes
3. Prior experience with various lead generation techniques
4. Ability to engage with potential clients and prospects
5. Strong communication / interpersonal skills  
6. Exceptional time management skills and be able to prioritize and complete given assignments within the timeline
7. Strong analytical skills
8. Intermediate to Advanced level experience with MS Office and certain CRM systems (Bitrix24)
9. Excellent written and oral skills and proficiency in English language
10. Strong familiarity with call dialer interfaces (preferably Zadarma)

Outcomes: 300 appointments set
Remuneration: $2 per appointment in case of target being met.
In case of target not being met, pro-rata payment will be made according to these:
1. More than 150 appointments set, $2 per appointment
2. Less than 150 appointments set, $1 per appointment

Timing: 6-8 working hours, As per CET (8am onwards)
