Sales Development Representative – Upwork

Our fast-growing connected dashcam company is looking for a motivated and experienced SDR to join our team and help drive sales of our cutting-edge visual monitoring solution for commercial fleets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales operations and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

***Responsibilitie***
• Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calling and email campaigns
• Schedule and conduct high-level conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and to articulate the value of our solution
• Nurture and manage relationships with prospects until they are ready to engage with our sales team
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
• Track and report on all sales activities and results using our CRM system

***Requirements***
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
